| I am a 73 year old female caring for my 74 year old husband who has been suffering with Parkinson's Disease for the past seven and one half years. I also take care of my sixteen year old grandson.
I receive no financial help, but I do get help from my two daughters whenever they can spare the time to come in and sit with him or prepare a meal. Sometimes I get assistance with doctor visits. My grandson also helps by sitting with him or by helping me to get him up on his feet again after a fall. He falls quite often.

3. Assistance with bathing
4. To attend church 2x monthly
5. Leisure time, just for me once a week
