NFC Month Educational and Promotional Materials
Every year NFCA produces a new educational brochure for National Family Caregivers Month. This year
the new brochure is entitled SPEAK UP. On the simplest level Speaking Up is about raising the sound
of our voice so others can better hear us. Speaking up is how we solve problems. It is how we learn.
It is how we educate. It is how we bring about change.
Other brochures offered include "Safe & Sound: Preventing Medication Mishaps" and "Support Group
Guide for Family Caregivers." The full NFCA library of educational brochures includes 12 brochures
to choose from as well as book marks.
JUST RELEASED: A Family Caregiver Speaks Up … "It Doesn't Have To Be This Hard", the revised and
updated edition of Love, Honor & Value by Suzanne Mintz, NFCA's President & Co-founder.
